How Building Trust Creates Confidence In Genomic and Diagnostic Recruiting
“I trust you.”
For many of us, these words are something abstract — a rather fluffy, sometimes fuzzy thing. Yet, trust is not some soft, ethereal or elusive quality you either have or do not. Rather, trust is a pragmatic, tangible, actionable asset that must be developed, and you can create it much faster than you might believe possible. This is important, as transcendent values, like trust and integrity, literally translate into profits and prosperity in whatever way you count real value.
In the end, we only work with those we know, like and TRUST. When you trust others, you feel assured in their abilities to do something or to remain true to and steadfast in a partnership. When you trust a brand or a product, you see it as reliable and dependable.
Simply put, trust is confidence. It is the ability to depend on the integrity, strength and skill of another to perform as promised and keep us informed o

Goodman Manufacturing was founded by HVAC dealer, Harold V. Goodman, in 1975 as a manufacturer of flexible air ducts and plastic blade registers. However, he turned his sights to fulfill a dream of manufacturing affordable HVAC equipment for households across the United States of America and beyond.
In 1982, the company acquired Janitrol and entered the HVAC market, expanding its product offering in 1986 to include gas heating products.
Harold V. Goodman died in 1996 and was succeeded by Frank H. Murray who
September 11th is now known as “Patriot Day” in the United States, observed as the National Day of Service and Remembrance for the victims of the 9/11 attacks. Across the country, numerous events will solemnly honor the devastating loss of thousands of lives and the destruction designed to rip the very fabric of this great nation. We join in remembering those lost, celebrating those who bravely responded where terror struck, lifting up those who still suffer today as a result of the attacks, and honoring those who serve around the globe, fighting to protect freedom.
Eighteen years ago, 19 militants tied to the Islamic extremist group al-Qaeda killed more than 3,000 people (including more than 400 police officers and firefighters) and wounded more than 10,000 others during three coordinated attacks on 9/11, masterminded by Osama bin Laden. It was the deadliest attack on the US in history and the most devastating foreign act of war on American soil since the attack on Pearl Harbor.
Furnace Repair Edmonton – Prepare for Winter Before It Arrives (780) 733-1256
Even though we are still enjoying warm weather and winter seems far away, now is a great time to begin preparing. If you do a bit at a time before winter hits the tasks are not at all overwhelming.
So often, people wait until the last minute to take care of necessary duties. Worst yet, some people wait until snow or rain is pouring down to even begin thinking of what needs to be done.
Safety should be a top priority. Assess the quality of your indoor air. You can easily create an indoor health hazard with poor quality air. If you have excessive dust or dirt, take steps to clean it up.
Make sure your smoke detectors are in good working order. They can literally save your life. If you don’t have detectors throughout your home, you need to make that a top priority on your “honey-do” list. Better yet, don’t wait for someone else to take care of this most important task, do it yourself as soon as possible
Your Recruiters WANT to fill your jobs, efficiently and well. This is not specific to internal or external recruiters. As a recruiter, this outlines all we need to know in order to ensure hiring success.
Are you ready to impress the you upper management by being the one with the best team in the entire business? Do you want to be number one with a professional team that can’t be beat? All of that is completely possible when you know how to hire the best talent.
You also have to be great at attracting, recruiting and retaining the best talent. Attracting Talent has everything to do with your employment brand, and hopefully you are working hard to make candidates WANT to come work for you. Retaining Talent is also important. You must provide excellent training, career advancement opportunity and competitive compensation… at a minimum. Finally, you have to be able to recruit the best talent. Since most managers do not have the time to do their own recruiting, they rely on industry p
About a decade ago, many found encouragement in the writings and near daily emails of a man named Sam Parker. A few years later, Sam wrote a number of books around which he has built a series of seminars helping lead teams to peak performance.
One of those compelling books is 212°: The Extra Degree. In the wisdom he shares, Sam challenges us to give that extra degree that produces steam. Today is the 212th day of the year, or a 212 day…a day where you can do more and go longer than before simply by powering up using that one extra degree that boils water and creates steam.
At 211°, water is simply hot. At 212°, it puts off steam; and steam is used to move the most massive machines and power cities. Even nuclear carriers – the largest machines in the world – still move on steam.
As we all work to continue or begin a cadence to finish the year strong on whatever Rocket Ride to success you may be enjoying, take time each day to reflect on that one little bit extra that makes a
In this video I’m gonna show you how you can grow your fan base in 2019 what’s up guys Brandon here from KDMR Music, the channel that teaches you how to succeed in the music business so if you’re new here this is where we teach you everything you need to know to grow a successful music career so if you’re looking for that kind of information then you’re in the right place hit that red subscribe button it’s on the screen right now now it’s a new year new year new you new music career all of those cliches right but here’s the reality 2018 may not have gone the way you wanted it to go but 2019 can be a different
story so I want to teach you a few ways or talk to you about a few ways that you can grow your fan base in 2019 because let’s face it if you can’t build a fan base you don’t have a shot at a successful career I’ve said this over and over on this channel but an engaged fan base is the key that unlocks every door in the music industry if you want a record label deal if you want people beating down your door and all of that all of that comes with engaged fans so let’s talk about a few ways to achieve that where you know you may have failed last year here are some things you can do to make sure you’re engaging and attracting fans day in and day out in 2019 so the first thing that you can do and what’s often the most effective is playing live shows live
shows are usually the most effective because that is where a fan can see all of who you are as a person if you’re funny if you are engaging if you have an interesting story if you are a great performer and if you have music that really connects and resonates with people that usually comes out on the stage in ways that it doesn’t always come out on social media in the songs themselves in interviews there’s just something about the intimacy of a live show where you can really show off who you are as a person and connect one to one with potential fans and those relationships that you make on the road or in those venues are typically the ones that follow you for the longest so please make it a point to play more live shows in 2018 I actually just did it so excuse me 2019 I just did a video a couple of weeks ago and I’ll link to that in the YouTube card about how you can book more
live shows and no matter what stage of your career you’re in so please use live performances at as a way to grow your fan base now the second way that you can grow your fan base in 2019 is through collaboration collaborate with other artists in your area it’s a great way to steal or share your fan base with another artist and vice versa I’m sure there are people in your area who like the same types of music is you who make music that’s similar to yours who have fans that would love your music just as much as they love theirs so find areas where you can collaborate and collaborating doesn’t always mean that you do a song together maybe you throw shows together maybe you’re good at web
design and this band in your area needs a good website trade those services say hey I’ll design your website if you put me on the bill for your next show and so on and so forth there are so many different ways that you can collaborate and barter with other artists other writers other bands in your area and that collaboration is gonna do a few different things of course it’s gonna open you up to their fan base and that’s always great and that’s the purpose of this video but it’s going to help you network in the industry as well because everyone knows someone who knows someone who knows someone so the better connected you are the more opportunities your open yourself up for in the future and then of course the more fans may come from that relationship down the road so that’s why collaboration is such a huge part of growing your fan base this year another way to grow your fan base that’s kind of underutilized right now is playlist pitching Spotify just released a tool that allows you to pitch your music directly to them and that’s all well and good but there’s some ground work you should be doing first I did a video about this a couple of weeks ago as well but you can actually
submit to user-generated playlists just by searching on your phone for Spotify playlist and there are other tools who have n places that have already aggregated these lists and I’m a link to those in the show notes or I’ll do another video on those another time but my point is playlists are huge most of the people that are listening to music are listening to it through an app like Spotify like Apple musics like Deezer and all of these services have some sort of a playlist or some sort of an algorithm driven experience for their users so the most so the more playlists that you can get on the more people you’re exposed to the more likely you’ll gain more fans so please make playlists pitching a part of your strategy in 2019 now the last area I want to focus on for this video is paid advertising paid advertising is a great way to expose yourself to new audiences and it’s the one thing that you have that the artist that you grew up on did not usually in
marketing up until very recently we’re talking in the last five to seven years all marketing was done based on guest guesswork you know you may know who your ideal customer is you may know roundabout age range you may know round about what other brands they may be interested in where they shop what their household income is and you kind of just throw stuff at them until it sticks that’s why TV advertising was so big because if someone likes ESPN then they might like your basketball shoes right now Facebook Ads take that take that idea and social media has taken that idea and drilled it down to the most miniscule of details you can literally go on Facebook right now and target people who are newly engaged between this age and this age who live within 15 miles of this is it and who are
expecting their first child that is how detailed you can get with this audience targeting in facebook ads specifically and I know Facebook ads seem to be kind of saturated right now there are a lot of people talking about them but the reality is Facebook ads are still the most cost effective way to reach audiences that may not already be familiar with you I mean there’s no other platform that allows you to say hey here are my customers I want you to go out and get me people like this so with your music what does that mean you can go on Facebook and target people let’s say
you’re a lyrical rapper with East Coast beats right you can target j.cole fans and you can target j.cole fans and a specific city you can target j.cole fans who shop at journeys you can really drill down that far and put your music out in front of them and wait for them to bite they may like the videos they may buy your merchandise they may join your email list all of these are activities that bring them closer to being a fan of yours for life so I hope I’ve gotten your wheels turning of course we’re going to drill down deep into all of these topics and more in this year you may have noticed I’m doing two videos a week now not just one so you guys will be seeing a lot more of me and we’re gonna really really I want to help you succeed in music this year so if you want to know more about marketing your music about attracting fans I happened to have written a book about that so the music marketing guidebook is still available I’ll leave the link in the description of this video and I’ll see you in another video very soon peace
